GROUP REFORMER - All levels

A unique opportunity to experience the sophisticated reformer in a small group setting, This class is limited to 4 participants. It is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and stabilization with an unlimited opportunity for advancement. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides finely tuned resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Reformer training builds strength without "bulking up", increases flexibility and agility, and develops optimal core control, creating flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back. The Group Reformer pace is moderate to fast and challenging, and will heighten body awareness and provide an invigorating total body workout. Open to all levels of fitness and ages.

The Intro to Group Reformer pace is slow to moderate yet challenging, and will heighten body awareness and provide an invigorating total body workout. Open to all levels of fitness and ages. Perfect for Just Starting Out!

Cardio Pilates Class

All levels welcome. A Fat-Burning Workout! Participants can burn anywhere from 300 to 800 Calories an hour! You will get your Cardio and Strength Training - all in one hour! Nothing like killing to birds with one stone! You will sweat, tone and stetch - in one class! Its perfect for those of us who don't have time to do hours of cardio per week plus two to three days of toning classes! These classes are performed on mini-trampolines and on the mat. Small apparatus and props are used. It is a full body workout! Come prepared to sweat! One of our most popular classes! We recommend that you wear heart rate monitors - but not mandatory.

Spring Board & Spine Corrector Class

All levels welcome. It's a fun workout that you'll look forward to each week! Exercises are performed using your own body weight and springs attached to a wall - performing exercises that are similar to those done on the Cadillac, a larger piece of Pilates Apparatus. The springs resistance creates a unique way to strengthen your core and tone and firm your muscles. The arc barrel (Spine Corrector) designed to stretch your back and stomach muscles. Is also used in this class! One of the most enjoyable ways to stretch!! This class will definitely increase your flexibility and change your body. Class can be taken to the cardiovascular level - so come prepared to sweat! You'll love this class!

Intro To Mat

A full-body workout for all levels of fitness. This class is perfect for those who have never done PIlates. Pilates is a great way to get started or as a to compliment your existing exercises routine - for it builds stamina and endurance. The 50 min class consists of isometric exercises using your own body weight as resistance. Props such as the ring or arm or leg weights may be used to intensify the workout - however, all exercises can and will be modified for injuries and to fit your level of fitness. You will be taught the fundamentals of Pilates at a pace that will encourage you to learn more! You will increase muslce strength and flexibilty, correct your posture, and create body awareness. You will leave each class feeling invigorated, and each week, you will find ourself more flexible, stronger, and have higer energy levels! Definitely something you want to try at least once!!

Mat - All Levels

A multi-level Pilates class. For those who have done Pilates at least once, whether in a studio setting, or with a video tape at home!! Pilates is a full-body workout and focuses on strengthening your core as well as increasing flexibility. This class is taught with different levels of exercises, using modifications, so beginners are welcome.However, this class is a faster paced than a beginning mat class, so often you are asked to gage yourself - resting when your body fatigues. The routines are about 50 min. and are always challenging, so that you are progressing forward towards your goal - a healthier and stronger you! Small apparatus such as the Pilates Ring, Therabands, Leg Weights, Balls, and Foam Rollers are used in this class!

Prenatal Yoga (mamasutra)

A yoga practice specifically designed for the divine mother within; a series of postures intended to aleviate lower back problems, induce circulation, promote feelings of well being throughout pregnancy and connect with growing baby; safe for all trimesters
